Position
Profile
Under limited
supervision, manage and develop a portfolio of corporate/commercial
relationships and ensure retention of total client assets and net
growth in relationships. Ideal client will be companies with a
minimum of $100MM in revenue and/or sponsored by private equity firms.
Primary responsibilities include cross selling of Treasury
Management, International Banking, Private Banking, Wealth
Management and Employee Benefit Services to our existing client
base, as well as prospects through their centers of influence. As
a Corporate Banker, this position will maintain and build
deposits, fee income and refer business to other areas of the
bank. The lender is
required to employ a variety of business development techniques
to secure new customers. Individual
will be an active civic member building a banking trust in
present and future customers.
He/she must be comfortable making business development
presentations to a wide variety of business types.

Requirements
Individual will
have an established successful track record in corporate/commercial
middle market lending working with a portfolio of loans, capable
of handling credit relationships in excess of $10MM and a minimum
of 5 years commercial lending experience. Ideal candidate will possess a
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
preferably with MBA.
Incumbent will also possess a strong background in
commercial credit analysis with formal credit training. He/she must have excellent
communication skills, written and verbal. A strong business/sales acumen
with complete understanding in the art of making a sales call
including superb follow up and a strong referral network, ie; accountants, attorneys, etc.
